Microtech's Xpress XL system is designed for production environments where flexibility and throughput are paramount. Dual printers may be configured as the same type for highest throughput or as different types for simultaneous printing of inkjet and thermal discs. Twelve recorders operate independently for highest production speed regardless if all discs are the same (duplication) or each disc is unique (publishing). Each Xpress XL unit includes a 800-disc capacity robotic handler and integrated server PC for maximum throughput in a networked environment. Xpress XL is a scalable solution, using Microtech publishing software, or creating your own application with the API. A typical installation has one or multiple Xpress XL units publishing from your network in unison.

Our ImageMaker Software comes fully installed and ready to run. In order to meet with today's security standards, our publishing software enables you to copy-protect your discs as well as encrypt them with dynamically generated serial numbers.

Automatically print text and graphics on to your discs with the highest-quality inkjet or thermal disc printers on the market.
Our inkjet printer provides up to 4800 dpi print resolution with the sharpest photo-quality text and graphics imaginable.

Our thermal transfer technology is fast and extremely economical and the print is both waterproof and indelible. Mixed-media permits loading a combination of CDs and DVDs or different sized discs may be simultaneously loaded and used.
Warranty, Service and Technical Support
All Xpress hardware is warranted for one year. Unaltered, defective hardware will be repaired or replaced.
